If you need help with a CDNG app, account issue, bug report or general question, this is the best place to start. The more precise your message is, the faster and more accurately we can help.

Contact

For support requests, contact hi@cdng.it. This is the primary support address for CDNG apps and related services.

What to Include

To help us resolve issues faster, include the name of the app, your device model, operating system version, app version and a short explanation of what happened.

If possible, add screenshots, screen recordings or the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue.

Bug Reports

If you are reporting a bug, describe what you expected to happen and what actually happened instead. Any repeatable sequence of actions is especially useful.

Billing and Purchases

For App Store billing, subscription management or refund requests, Apple may require you to manage the request directly through your App Store account or Apple Support. If you are unsure, contact us and we will point you in the right direction.

Response Time

We aim to review support messages as quickly as possible. Response times can vary depending on the complexity of the issue and current support volume.

TestFlight and Pre-Release Feedback

If you are using a beta or TestFlight build, mention that in your email. Pre-release versions may behave differently from App Store builds and that context helps us reproduce issues more accurately.
